Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Handling Time: Orders are prepared and shipped the next business day, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Production Time: As each item is made to order, please allow 2–6 business days for manufacturing. We value craftsmanship and appreciate your patience during this time.
  • High-Demand Periods: During sales, holidays, or product launches, processing time may extend up to 5 business days or longer.

  • Flat Rate: $10.99
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days (not including production time)

We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Military addresses. Thank you for understanding.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 7–10 days for tracking data to activate.

Tracking may remain inactive until your package is scanned by the carrier. After that, updates will reflect the latest status. Delivery timelines may vary between 1 to 12 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Being unclaimed, refused, or marked “return to sender”
  • Carrier-declared undeliverable status

We’ll contact you via email. Once the item is returned and processed at our facility, we’ll issue a refund for the order subtotal (excluding shipping). Please allow 2–8 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

Koinoniabyzazel is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect address entries at checkout.
We are also not liable for packages rerouted or forwarded after they leave our facility.

Note for Free Shipping Promotions:
If your order was placed during a free shipping offer but is returned for any of the reasons above, your refund will be deducted by the standard shipping and handling fee.
