Return Period
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this window, we cannot offer a refund or return.
What Can Be Returned
Eligible for Return:
- Non-personalized items
- Unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached
- Returns initiated within 30 days from delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- Personalized/customized products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
- Items purchased with discount codes over 10% or during sales/promotions (including BOGO or Free Shipping offers)
- Any item sent back without prior approval
Return Requirements
- Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- Returns must be sent using a trackable, insured service
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, including gift cards

Once verified, we’ll ship a free replacement as quickly as possible.
Refund Timeline
