How to Report IP Infringement

To report content that you believe violates your copyright, trademark, or other protected rights, please email us at [email protected] with a complete infringement notice including the following details:

  2. Location of the offending content — Provide a URL or clear explanation of where the material appears on our site, and how it infringes your rights.
  3. Your contact information — Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  4. Legal declaration — A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the content is unauthorized.
  5. Accuracy statement — A declaration under penalty of perjury that the details provided are accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your signature — Electronic or physical.

Once we receive a valid notice, we will:

  • Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user (if applicable)
  • Terminate repeat offenders in accordance with our policy

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If content was removed in error or misidentified, the affected party may file a counter-notification. This notice must include:

  1. A clear reference to the material that was removed and its original location
  2. A good faith statement, under penalty of perjury, explaining why the removal was a mistake
  3. Contact information (full name, address, phone, and email)
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court
  5. A physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content in 10–14 business days, unless we are notified that legal action has been initiated by the original complainant.
