• Within 2 hours: You are eligible for a 95% refund, with no additional fees.
• After 2 hours: Orders may already be in production. In this case:
  • Cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund
  • Adjustments may be possible but could incur a fee, depending on the type and status of the order

Processing Time

Our support team will respond to your request within 8–12 hours. If your cancellation or modification is approved, we’ll begin the refund process immediately.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
